Our Vision

A permanent sanctuary

Parrot Sanctuary Gardens lets companion birds retire in beauty

Unlike most pets, parrots often outlive their human companions.  These beautiful and majestic birds need a home that is equipped to care for them and still let them educate and delight people of all ages.

That’s the goal of Parrot Sanctuary Gardens.

We are developing an ongoing home for parrots that is similar to the habitats in which you can find them in the wild. It will be a place where parrots can grow old together and where people of all ages can come observe, learn, interact and enjoy them.

A place of beauty, education, environmental social responsibility and inspiration.  With a concentration in preservation, conservation and sustainability.

A destination location - engaging people, leaving them with a memorable experience and inspiring them to action.

Parrot Sanctuary Gardens is a 501c3 nonprofit that is looking to acquire land that we can use to build our colony.  If you’d like to help, please visit our HELP US page!

A dream takes form

As life-long parrot companions, Mary, Debra, and Sheralin, realized that that they needed to ensure that their birds had care after they were no longer able to provide it.  But more than simply providing a refuge for parrots, the team wanted to educate people about the birds – their longevity, as well as their dietary and exercise needs – and show off their incredible beauty.
